Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use dovv. By creating an account you confirm that you are, and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and your conduct. Keep your login secure and don’t impersonate others or misrepresent who you are.

Gifts & payments

When you send a gift, you authorize a charge for the gift amount (the platform fee is included in the price). Gifts are fulfilled by independent local merchants. An unaccepted gift’s hold is released; specific refund and cancellation terms are shown at checkout.

Community & safety

Be respectful. Harassment, hate, illegal activity, and any behavior that endangers others are prohibited and may result in suspension or a permanent ban. You can block and report anyone.

Merchants

Merchants who join dovv agree to fulfill accepted gift orders and to the payout terms provided during onboarding. Merchants are independent businesses, not employees of dovv.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.

Disclaimers

dovv is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee matches or outcomes, and we’re not responsible for the conduct of users or merchants beyond what the law requires.
